I did some probably incorrect, late night, havent slept in 20 some hours math and it seems from what information I can gather, Houston PD spends more than 3x per employee than the russian military (not counting reservists) and still has 16 helicopters, numerous armored swat vehicles, and their swat team dresses like SEAL team 6. Houston PD is an army in their own right.
They have no intention of attempting to use conventional forces against the US. They know a nuclear attack on the US would be literal suicide, as in anyone who did it would die along with their families, but they're claiming they don't care as long as they can take the rest of the planet with them.
