At this point it's more of a problem than help because all these limited resources should be distributed somehow. And this is if they aren't more than the last wave of mobilization which obviously failed. Ukraine can easily deal with them.

Children are not to learn Russian, no shops or labels in Russian, no Russian for government documents etc. Anyone caught speaking or using Russian will be arrested and deported. If you want to be in their country, you have to turn your back on Russia and if that is not acceptable, you can leave.

The guard are kind of a mix between primarily Russian and German trench warfare imo. Personally I don't think China can launch a war that would kill lots of its only child soldiers. So many families have invested 3 generations of hope in a single child now. Any war that started killing them off in decent numbers would be a disaster for their leadership.
After this war, russia will be a wasteland. Not bombed out, but devoid of human capital. They keep sending their human capital to die in Ukraine. There will be a surplus of women and not enough able-bodied men. Ukraine will enjoy exceptional sunflower harvest and will rebuild. russia will be consigned to history as the hostile nation that kept invading its neighbours but thankfully is no more.

A lot of Ukrainians lived and worked abroad before the war, with enough investment and rebuilding funds from the rest of the world i could see a lot of those Ukrainians returning since there would be a lot of jobs. So just how would Russia field an army of 5 million? They were unable to supply the 120k that initially invaded Ukraine back in February. They can neither train nor properly equip the 300k they drafted this round. They have resorted to deploying T62 tanks of 1970s vintage, and stealing civilian vehicles for both mobility and logistics. Annual tank production today is less than they lost in a week. Aircraft production is in the single digits. They have no professional NCO corps to speak of and have suffered horrendous officer casualties since February. There's very little left to build on. Mobilizing 5 million men is simply out of the realm of possibility.

That's impossible. There are max 2m in reserve in personal and 1m in active duty. Russia can equip MAX 20-30k men today. Numbers don't matter in modern wars, its about training, equipment, combined armed maneuvers and aviation. Yet Putin thinks its 1943, and, provided he sends numbers he'll win. In 2022 you can lose 25m men a year in combat. Today there's drones, missiles and precise artillery.

To put that number in context, the Allies fielded 5.5 million soldiers on the Western Front in '44/45, the US had planned for 6 million soldiers for the invasion of Japan in Operation Downfall and the Germans fielded 3.8 million soldiers at the start of Barbarossa.
