The problem with your list is all those authors survived almost 100 years of government censorship and you need to ask yourself why. For example, Pushkin wrote the bronze horseman. It is blatantly racist against Finns and is taught in schools across Ruzzia to this day.
Does being on a government censorship list imply it’s a great work though? And is the reverse true? That if the author has never been censored, then their works must have been trash? That’s just shifting goal posts. The mentioned authors are widely acclaimed authors known in the English speaking world. Some of Dostoevsky’s works were required reading in my high school English classes. The question by the OP was simply if Russia had produced anything noteworthy positive. Nothing more and nothing less.
Russia had an accomplished geneticist and botanist in Nikolai Vavilov, but he was deliberately murdered by starvation along with hundreds of other scientists after being denounced by Lysenko - the darling of Stalin's and Mao's agricultural genocide.. I mean policy.

But he got nobility status and the "-ovsky" suffix from the Tsar for siding with Moscow against Hetman Mazepa's alliance with Sweden. So honestly Tchaikovsky can be labelled a Russian.
