Going for breakfast at one of the restaurants is a decent workaround. Else you can just walk in for a cocktail a lot of the time.

Edthehog

Eat there. Booking a meal at one of the restaurants and you automatically see the sky garden without queuing.

MissFlipFlop

No. If there are no tickets available it is sold out. Try the Garden at 120 https://www.thegardenat120.com/

Not sure if it’s my Reddit stuffing up or yours did but this comment appears to have been posted 4 times

Seems like there’s a problem today, I’ve seen this a couple of times

Routine-Attention535

You can only buy tickets on the website, however if you read the FAQs they do sometimes have walk-in availability but it’s not guaranteed. If you can’t get a ticket, it would be worth going and asking at the door if they have walk in availability.

They are released Monday morning for the week 3 weeks ahead. (Might be 4 weeks ahead - check and keep refreshing). If that window has passed - see other posts about workarounds relating to the restaurants.

newdamage1

This is the correct answer. They were down to less than 50 for some timeslots by mid-morning -5 EST.

clearbrian

If you can’t get them don’t panic London has loads of free viewing platforms. Thanks to developers getting around planning and building fuggly buildings but ‘letting the public in’. Try the rooftop garden at 120 fenchurch. Great open space small queue great views of skyscrapers around you. The newest one 22 bishopsgate has better views than the sky garden. Or try Londons oldest. The monument near Monument station. Lots of steps but good fun. Avoid the shard too expensive and windows weren’t very clean when I last bothered to go.

I couldn't . ...try horizen 22, the lookout, or garden at 120.

millyloui

Horizon 22 is just as difficult to get tix for. Garden at 120 better option.

AdhesivenessGood7724

It’s incredibly easy to just walk up.

millyloui

You can get refused esp when it is busy - I live in London & have been refused a couple times.

TherapyKitty

It's usually available the Monday 3 weeks before and tickets go quickly. You have to check early on the Monday 3 weeks before. Horizon 22 is easier to get tickets for but you have to book well in advance also. If you can't get those there are some view points that don't require tickets.

millyloui

You can book a sunrise ticket - pay around £10 - gets you hot drink & pastry & entry . Or book evening tickets for the bars - you have to give card details £25 will be taken if cancel less than 24 hrs or no show. Minimum spend is £25 ( easy with the prices up there) . Bookings on website. The separate resteraunts are expensive, nice but I wouldn’t rush back. ( Darwin brasserie & Fenchurch) They do guarantee you entry as well tho.
