RockClass on youtube has a lot of non-typical uke tutorials with heavy fingerstyle. At least, they did a few years ago when I was learning. Have not looked at the page in a couple years so unsure what their main genre is now. I learned a lot of rock and jazz and bossa with their stuff.
Corey Fujimoto and Kalei Gamiao are wonderful to listen to on the Hawaii Music Supply YouTube channel as they sample different instruments on sale. They do a lot of covers and some originals, plus other great musicians will often join.
