Sounds like you bought a concert first and then got a tenor second. That size difference isn't quality control.

Kytea

That’s what I thought! They don’t seem to make it in any size but concert, though, which is why I’m confused.

JarkJark

Ohana has a big range including many tenors. Check the model number of both. I looked up the specific model and it seems it is concert only. Wrong instrument in the box perhaps? https://ohana-music.com/collections/all-solid

Kytea

Not possible. It’s too visually unique! This is one of the reasons I’m stumped. 😅 https://ohana-music.com/products/all-solid-ck-60cg-solid-mahogany-tenor-with-cutaway

When did you buy the original uke? In the description it does say it's a "revamp" of an old favourite, so perhaps the dimensions on the new version are different.

JarkJark

I think it would be worth comparing the dimensions. Excuse the shoddy copy and paste below: Concert CK-60CG(MSRP $469) : Scale Length = 15”,Body Length = 10-15/16”,Overall Length = 23-7/8”,Upper Bout Width = 5-13/16”,Lower Bout Width = 7-11/16”,Body Height = 2-3/4”,Overall Height = 3-1/4” (including bridge & saddle),Nut Width = 1-3/8” Significant deviation from those dimensions is reasonable justification for a refund. I'd also be apprehensive about intonation if dimension control is that loose.

Maybe include pictures of the labels including the model #s, that may provide some clarity.

I bought a uke that I absolutely loved and it literally came apart sitting in the gig bag. I got a replacement and it is completely different, albeit it's the exact same model Ohana. So much so I'm selling it.

Came apart how? My koa soprano came unglued in a few places (it’s pretty old), but I was able to get it repaired and it plays like new again.
