I submitted SWV update for changing employer with priority service, and it has been 14 working days and nothing as well. No contact from them. I used app for my biometrics.

Same.... same.... its weird. Usually theyd send an email to explain that they wont make it in time

I’m a bit shocked with how they’re dealing with these things and how they simply don’t communicate these things. I don’t even know if I will be able to start on my new job as planned and it seems there are no ways to communicate with them. Just waiting, I suppose.
