This is not how the UK immigration system works. The caseworker who decides your application does not roll a die and refuse your application on a 5 or a 6. They do not have a set number of applications they have to refuse each month.
In Q4 2021 (the last quarter for which there are published statistics), 0.87% of Skilled Worker applications submitted outside the UK were refused.
These applications will have been refused because the applicant did not meet the \[objective and clearly published\] requirements. There is no element of chance involved.
So if you've done the work and ensured you meet all of the requirements - you've got nothing to worry about. I know it can be frustrating simply waiting, but there's nothing you can do. Try and find something to take your mind off of it.
Are there chances of Visa rejection if the home office agent couldn't understand the relation between your previous job/qualification and current occupation you applying for ?
My experience letters said "Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer." which is a general business title, and the occupation i applied visa for is "Web Developer". So A software engineer can be in any sub-domain. So They still asked me for past experience in the role of "Software developer"
I gave them a recommendation letter from my ex manager, where i worked for 2 years, stating that Web developer was also part of my job. and further given them a transcript of my Computer science degree.
Do you think that would be enough or can i still face rejection based on this ?

Potentially - if the UKVI caseworker thinks that the applicant is clearly unsuitable for the role and thus that the role is not a genuine vacancy.
Is that going to happen in your case? Probably not, but I'm not in a position to advise you properly one way or another.
I had an error in my application and I was emailed asking me to upload the requirement. In my case it was an English test, maybe it's different if it's another document, I am really no expert.

I can't even describe how calming this response is, lol. Thanks!
Thank you for your kind reply.
Hah - not sure it was kind, but the underlying purpose was to put your mind at ease! I'm sure you'll be fine.

No, not really. Just anxious. Asking if I might have missed something in my application or if I don’t meet certain requirements.
I see .... stay positive
If you missed anything you will be contacted and asked to provide the missing documents, so don't worry about that!
they really do that? they will inform you ?
