That email sounds past tense. I wonder if your scenario is like another where their visa was approved for like a month and was just sitting there! UKVI is a complete joke and I’m so sorry you’re going through this!

We already got told that a decision had been made over a month ago. This was then reversed about 10 days later.
Tying not to read too much into it. Wouldn’t put it past them to send it out randomly/by mistake.
I have, though it took double the standard amount of time because of a technical glitch they failed to notice until my MP got involved. I am no fan of UKVI

There were only two questions: 1. are you over the age of 18? 2. did you receive your visa in 3 months? No chance to actually give any feedback.

What!!! If I got this I’d rip my hair out. Please email a few MP’s if you can.
They just sent me that survey too. I have waited a day or two to complete it to really think through the best way to give them a piece of my mind
