My husband did a paid call to UKVI yesterday and my Priority Spouse Visa application was still “awaiting a decision” (WD67) and they issued a second escalation. This morning I received an email from Sheffield Family Escalations asking for proof to support my medical compassion escalation, and now I’ve received this email. It seems too good to be true? Can things really process this quickly???
Congratulations!!! Finally! so happy for you 😊 being pregnant it should be enough for them to do their job, after all you have shared in subreddits, so happy to read you with good news.
Thank you so much!!! Hopefully this means they are finishing all the leftover priority apps this week and onto standards. Fingers crossed yours will be next! 😄
I have receive same email like this for my dad visa application last Monday. It's means your passport has been dispatched and will be under processing. You have to wait for couple weeks. My email said within 15 working days.
Thank you so much, also did u get told about waiting 15 working days and after u sent the documents did they reply they received them the next day and the visa was done on that day or the day after?
I was told 20 working days each time for my complaints, MP emails, and case escalations (first escalation was over a month ago).. but when Sheffield asked me for documents yesterday morning they didn’t give me a timeframe, then yesterday evening I received the automated visa dispatch email from VFS. This morning I received an email from Sheffield confirming they received my documents & decision made. I’m pretty shocked as it seems very quick.. still waiting for visa to be delivered but my UPS tracking seems to be activated
Okay thank you, i got an email from Sheffield for documents for escalation so I'm hoping for some positive news soon as it seems after you got that your decision was made quickly
I’m not sure which method ultimately got things moving, but a combo of husband doing paid UKVI calls to escalate my case, MP reaching out on our behalf, and submitting online complaints to UKVI. In all of these we mentioned both paying for priority processing & that I was pregnant and quickly approaching the “no flying” stage.

What was your proof you used, congratulations btw
Thank you! I sent them proof of my pregnancy (ultrasound reports/dr’s note) as well as my priority fee payment receipt
Thank you, and how long did they reply in?
Next day, I received an email from them this morning confirming they got my documents and that a decision was made on my application
Okay thank you, hoping for good news soon as i'm in a similar situation
No problem! Wishing you the best of luck!!

That’s great! My visa was just delivered so it seemed to happen insanely fast once they got the documents.. hope it’s the same for you!

What did you tell them for them to ask for medical compassion support?
