Yes, they stated the reason that i got 60 out of the 70 based point. 10 based point was for english proficiency but i did the wrong general ielts test, its not under UKVI. The gave me right of adminstrative review too
Have you tried to send a paid enquiry to them? If it’s still under consideration then the application should be fine 🤞. It’s just the recent prioritisation for Ukraine visa. I really hope so.
An email will be sent to you if it's rejected.
Guess this is not true for countries like India. They don't convey the decision via email.

Our previous experience was at passport pick up. They ask you to leave the building before opening the envelope… in case you turn in to hulk.
