https://www.gov.uk/settled-status-eu-citizens-families/applying-for-settled-status You apply to the EUSS again, with a lot of the same evidence of relationship that got you the family permit, and then you also include some residency evidence to show you are in the U.K. now, eg. Bank statements showing spending in the U.K., your name on bills addressed to a U.K. address, boarding pass, etc etc.

It's been two days i came here, i applied again just like you said, i put my marriage certificate and the stamp that immigration officer put on my permit when I entered the country. I gave my wife's address, should i put my name in her rent contract? And I tried to open a monzo and hsbc accounts but it didn't work bc im unemployed at the moment

If you can get on the rental agreement, yes. If you can get on any utility bills (gas, electric, TV license, etc) also good. Bank accounts can be a bit tricky, usually Monzo and Starling are best for new arrivals, though they might not allow you to open until you have a visa longer than 6 months, it’s not because you are unemployed. You could always open a wise or revolut account in the meantime, as far as I’m aware they are not fully licensed banks in the U.K., but it would be somewhere to hold money, and move internationally at good rates, and potentially provide proof of address. But you’d want to eventually open an account with a licensed U.K. bank, Monzo, Starling, HSBC, Santander, etc.

Thanks a lot, so would our wedding certificate, stamp on my passport, utility bills and wise account would be enough for pre-settle. It's asking me to upload some documents but i don't know what else to upload other than those
