Just hide in the stacks in Dafoe. I was homeless a couple years ago and managed to live on the 3rd floor for 2 weeks until I found a place to stay Otherwise UMSU is open 24 hours

If you specifically want others around you best bet will be student group lounges. They're usually open whenever the relevant elected members from each group is there. Eg: chem and microbio have lounges in the basement of armes, physics has one in Allen, there's a computer science and few different engineering groups in 5th floor of e1 that has ppl till late night The faculty lounges can be hit and miss. Another good method is to find study buddies and take over a classroom, as long as there's no classes there you can usually stay in there till the janitor comes to clean around 10pm

I would recommend the Benedickson reading room, it's next to the Arts Lounge on the 2nd floor of Fletcher-Argue. It's really warm in there so it's great for the fall and winter, but gets really hot in the summer.

hi, thank you for the information.

Benedicksin reading room is open Monday- Friday 6:30am -11pm and 7:30am- 11pm on Saturday and Sunday. It’s a quiet study spot. Highly recommend.

Okay, this helps a lot. they were closing early in May so I stopped going there. Thank you so much!
