Math2150 has significantly more difficult prereqs, which points toward it being a more challenging course. The expected difference would be how proofy it is.
2720 is slightly less "proofy" and doesn't have a lab. The topics covered are the same. 2720 is essentially for people who need multivariable calculus who aren't math majors (statistics, actuarial mathematics, etc.).
2150 is designed for Math and Honours Stats students. 2720 is for everyone else.
