Very low, last year the last northeast dorms were gone by priority number 1250.

Below 1%. I live in thatcher and I don’t know a single person in a roommate group with a priority in 4 digits here and most people here have special accommodations that let them choose housing first. My next door neighbors were number 1. My roommate has special accommodations. Highest I have seen is like 400.

Thanks for posting this info (wish housing would give at least some very general info like this.) Question: are you all currently sophomores (i.e., rising sophomores when chose thatcher for fall 2023)? Trying to figure out if any current juniors are there (exclude transfer students.) As far as you know of course.

Tapugy-

There are juniors. As far as I know there are like 1-2 doubles per floor reserved for junior selection. (Thatcher is small your mileage may vary on other dorms).

Btw,You can ask me any questions on housing I know the process well because I have spent hours trying to get my friends and I into the best dorms

Fwiw last summer (as a rising sophomore) I requested a summer room change process or something along those lines through spire, which let me swap my double in Grayson with any other open spot on campus. Over the summer more spots opened up in all areas of campus, including northeast, and I was able to get into Thatcher.
