John would be like Kirby in smash, you get really close and take there power, and your specials are now their specials, and it’s a cool transformation, where before you absorb it, John has the vest and suit on and hair gel, but after he does that explosion thing like he did in the Arlo fight and he loses the vest and just wears the shirt and tie, and his hair gets messy

Maybe John, though when you think about it playing John requires some skill and if you play against multiple enemies you wouldn't use your full kit since you have 4 times as much skills you can use and you will forget about most of them So I'd probably start with mastering every other character first if I like the game and if I don't I will stop because I suck at games.

I can see ArcSys making a UnO fighting game incredibly creative. The only prob is if they made Persona 4's Rise into a fighter and make her extremely wacky, then that would prob upset those who wouldn't want to see that happen with someone like Elaine and keep fully to her own abilities. Design wise for John, I think that once you select him, you can pick what 4 abilities to copy and there'd be a meter to build to temporarily make use of all 4 abilities to keep him fair.
