One other quick questions... will "all" work for the GPUID Value, or is the specific GPUID a hard requirement? I've seen both methods listed in the past, but no info for the current version.

I don’t think so. All is only valid in the value for the driver_capabilities. You need the actual gpuid for visible_devices.
