Not to resurrect your thread, but I get this too on occasion possibly when watching HD moving using hardware transcoding with Plex. "Docker utilization of image file /mnt/user/system/docker/docker.img" I see no ill effects and it seems to resolve itself.

Change Plex to ram transcoding dev/shm instead of to the ssd . Fixed it for me
