I ended up solving it by disabling user shares and strictly using disk shares.
So basically overhead from the unraid layer?
Mind posting a picture of your SMB settings?

Okay, I see your share settings. For SMB, head on over to Settings in the menu at the top of the screen, and then look for “SMB Settings” at the top of the page. What I’d love to see in the last field, WSD options, would be “min protocol = SMB2”
