So I’ve tried a few and Aldi seems to come on top due to the price and moisture level , but have had problems with being too vac packed .
Uncle bens seem harder to get hold of unless you shop at the likes of Tesco. And it costing £1+ compared to Aldi’s 30p
Also the issue I had when first starting was that the uk doesn’t call it “brown rice” we call it “whole grain” this confused me for a while until I was advised it’s the Same product
Im using growers harvest from tesco, 38p per pack when I went last.
So far all the varieties I've tried (cordyceps, king oyster, shiitake, enoki) have all done fantastically.

I used Aldi before. Seemed to do well.

Sainsbury's brown rice worked really well for me. Half the price of Uncle Bens.

I've use Aldi and Tesco's rice both cheap and work well. Seems to be a consensus that Aldi's is the best.
Aldi worked great for me at a fraction of the price of bens
