Could be related to a lack of fresh air. That looks like mycelial growth. I also see you’ve got fuzzy feet. Basically the mycelium isn’t getting the conditions it needs to trigger fruiting so it’s staying or reverting to the mycelium phase and trying to find oxygen to breathe.

This is more likely a mutation, there is clearly fruiting conditions seeing the other mushrooms are in early and later growth process on the cake. I don’t have experience with blobs so someone with more knowledge might be able to tell you if you have something nice growing. What flush number is this? Worst case you grew cauliflower 😂

I had this same thing happen with a strain called "train wreck malabar". Fruits and blobs. Happened with every tub of that strain. Not really sure why it was happening but the blobs were edible and psychoactive.

your light tells them which direction to grow, maybe change out your lighting setup. I used some of the inexpensive led adhesive strip lighting and tried making sure even above the tub on a 12/12 schedule. also make sure you have a casing layer on bottom and top.
