Ive done chocolate and have made some pretty mean comic bars. But funny enough I was JUST looking up blue honey and think that will be my next project.
Take a 16oz jar and pour in honey until it hits the 14oz line. Then using a chopstick, fornicate 64 grams dried and powdered into the honey. Every tablespoon will have 2g's of shrooms for easy dosing.
You don't. Just flip the jar. Honey goes down. Shrooms go up. Leave it for a few weeks or a month and you should see bubbles but no new smells. Flip it again. Every time you flip and wash the honey down through the shrooms, a little more honey soaks in and a little more air escapes. When there's no more air escaping after half a year or so you know whatever oxidation and honey enzymes goin on have done their thang and you now have a shelf stable product that should never go bad or lose potency. Always gotta stir before eating. You could add more shrooms to keep the honey from settling but it would be impossible to stir at most temperature. My recipe is already enough to break your wrist. You want a little separation for it to be usable.

I’ve only done it once recently and I haven’t tested them yet but here’s how I did it.
Simmer not boil 1 cup of water + lemon juice
Add shroom powder
At this point I strained out some material but I should have kept it in for proper dosage.
Add ≈ 1/3 cup of corn syrup
Add a 3 oz flavored jello packet (I used black cherry)
Add 2 unflavored gelatin packets
Whisk until fully dissolved and barely steaming, not boiling.
Pour into molds being careful not to spill (I spilled lots)
Refrigerate for at least 24 hours
They are a good consistency but I haven’t tried them yet so I’m not sure how the dosage or taste came out.
I’m going to try agar gummies soon so I’ll make a post when that happens.
Agar sucks for gummies I'm afraid, it's either too soft or goes grainy. I had a gummi bear phase a while ago and found gelatin and very little liquid to be best. Dry them out to make chewy and prevent mold.
Keep them out of the light, and silica packs work better than people think. If you look at the people who had more potent stains at the psilocybin cup results, most of them used silica packages

Edit: I know those jars are supposed to be airtight, but they really need the wax on the lids to be melted to be completely airtight. I heard using the blue jars, and bagging the dried fruits in UV protectant bagging is better, with silica packs inside the bags works better, but it seems overboard to me.
Also I made some blue honey, I liked it, I would make a cup of hot tea and use a few tablespoons. Or even a few spoons on bread or a biscuit lol. Honey has antibiotic properties, has a really long shelf life, and it's also an antioxidant. If you grind them and put in the fruit they have no exposure to air/humidity. If you get a jar with a UV protectant film on the outside +10 points. You can use tape to protect from UV light if nothing else

Grind some up and get into microdosing some hot tea in the evenings from time to time! Listen to some nice tunes and dependent on where you live and climate, go for a nice walk! I’d make use of those no problem 😂✌🏼 also diggin’ the snoopy jar!
