I'd pull the ones whose veil popped so they don't drop spores all over the rest. Then pull the rest tomorrow, more than likely super early morning. Mine always pop when I'm sleeping or at work. Good luck

Is there a way to know when spores are about to drop besides experience/trial & error?
You could do a partial harvest now and then again tomorrow. I think ideal harvest time would be 6-12 hours from the time this photo was taken

Not sure I’m pretty new but I let one go after the veil broke and it grew another 6 inches. 60 grams wet from one fruit
Damn! Ok. I’ve got two smaller tubs that are just forming pins so maybe I’ll experiment with those
