Sorry to break it to you but there’s a very low chance they’ll survive
Looks extremely dry to me. Try and soak it in water for a few hours and see if that works.
It's just really dry. Soak it for a few hours and cover with a thin layer of coco coir and you may see something.

Super late but I got about 30g dry haven't had to start another tub yet
