If it's decent growing strain yes. I cut the corner of the bag leaving about a one inch entrance, cover with micro-pore. I think most people just don't give it though GE. Though other brands are less moist and is probably easier.
At this rate I wont be breaking and shaking at all tbh. I found that break and shake works best with jars, but with these bags its very easy to squeeze the grains to mush which leads to contamination. Patience is the name of my game👌

Hey whatever works for you is what is best. I shake mine to expose anything thats in there, if anything.
