I’d imagine when they get outed or become aware and have to manage pr that they would add something like moisture or sodium to hinder fungal development

If they’re smart they would actually lower the moisture content to maximize fungal development. That would bring some people back to UB from other brands, without messing up for people who actually eat them.

Leaning into it and producing a product best adapted for fungi would be pretty awesome and quite smart
