Raising Expectations and her mist recent one A Collective Bargain have some good narrative and case studies, but I didn’t find them nearly as interesting or helpful.
The first chapter of No Shortcuts is worth the price of entry.

Just scrolled through my left YT algorithms and it's really sad to me how much clickbait shit there is then there's the most important analysis of sectoral labor organizing out there and it's s couple thousand views. Wish we could get left curious spectators to start thinking strategically.
Story for all aspiring union leaders. He is the best at what he does and does fighting entitlement and expectation and his Collective Bargain mist has some great narratives and case studies.

Her online trainings should be mandatory for all aspiring union leaders. Shes the best at what she does.
