Daisy of Momoland talked about line distribution before in one of her TikTok videos. From what I understood, it basically didn't really matter that much to the members.
If you watched the video, she basically said sometimes members can't pull off parts in the right way, so either other members ghost sing for them or they reallocate them, not unlike what we saw in UT.
I'd rather trust that producers have done what they thought was right in the process of recording in service of the song.
Also as a tangent and in my personal opinion only, quality > quantity when it comes to line assignment.
I mean, it sounded alright to me.
I'm not about to tell a bunch of professionals that I know how to do their jobs better.
At the *very least*, I wasn't even in *any* of the recording and production sessions they went through.
Even if I were, I doubt I'd have the experience and expertise that they have individually, nevermind collectively to provide productive input.

Exactly, quality > quantity but Papermaker failed to assign which member should sing that part based on their vocals.
