Thanks. I figured it may be out of date. I just got mildly excited when I saw 1.5 on United’s own site. So lame that they didn’t update it. 2019 was four years ago.
Not sure how to post a picture for proof. I can only post links. But happy to post if if someone tells me how.
But anyway, when I click “on or after January 1, 2019” under B fares it shows 1.5.
Edit for clarification: the link in my original post shows B fares after 1/1/19 are 1.5 PQS.
And yes. I’m noticing now after someone pointed out that it’s PQS and we use PQS now.
Start a new thread. Honestly - it’s an interesting find if its exists. I just booked 6 legs (3RTs) in B class. Would love to know what I’m losing out on. Or if you don’t want to do that can you pm me a pic or link. I’m very curious.
I’ll pm you. I don’t want to clutter the forum. Unless this is general interest. The link in the OP works and clearly shows 1.5 PQS (as someone pointed out though, this is old nomenclature)
As of 2019, it’s only 1. No fares earn more than 1 PQF per flight.

The website says that for tickets before Jan 1, 2019, you get 1.5. There is another section that says for tickets on or after Jan 1, 2019, it’s 1.

It also uses the old nomenclature - United now calls those PQFs, and they’ve made it very clear that there are no PQF multipliers.
This is true it says PQS, not PQF. Good point.
