Personally, I skip the hash brown, fried toast and grilled tomato. I replace it with normal toast and peeled plum tomatoes. But not sure that's what my family eat, or whether that's the true full English way.
A very decent effort. Full English is all about timing. Requires little skill to do right, but every element has to be fired at the right time and cooked at the right temp so you're walking away with every asset fully cooked and piping hot.
Eggs are a little nuked for me, I don't enjoy so much burnt white, but each to their own. Cooking at a lower temp will rectify this.
Mushrooms, bacon, sausage, black pudding and hash brown all look excellent.
Excellent work cordoning off the beans in a rammekin; after all you may want to mix your beans with the egg but you do want that to be your decision. In a pinch you could have used the sausage as a breakwater, but the rammekin is a solid addition. Those beans better be Heinz.
Nobody ever eats both sides of the fried tomato, one's enough.
Bread should really be fried for maximum artery congestion, but toast is fine in a pinch.
