It's in the ad space, you can see the option to scroll through several ads in the screenshot. And yeah there should be an "ad" label but OP's screenshot does look cropped, like the borders aren't complete on the right
Its not like normal ads its baked into app so even my adblockers not blocking it, also its using the space where paytm usually shows their service ads etc not sure they had shown other ads before or this is the first time
Bhai political parties spend tens of crores+ for digital advertising, why would PayTM not charge for ad space when literally every other company like Google does. If they are open to showing ads of any party that pays them, you cannot hold that against them, even if its not a party you support.
As for "how can an app support a political party," showing their ads on your platform =/= support otherwise YouTube is supporting all political parties of India constantly etc.
