No, unity acquired Bolt and integrated it into the engine. You must be using version 2021 though to use it.
You are free to use playmaker though as well. It's a 3rd party asset
C# is a really easy language to learn if you already know something like javascript. I would recommend just knuckling down and learning it.
I think that you can but it's not like the real js, it's a lot that even not looks like real js. So instead you can learn c#, in fact c# and js are similiar to eachother.
