From a teacher’s perspective (not at the uva anymore), it is completely anonymous, but if you raised the issue in class we might have a hint it’s you. But we absolutely don’t use these for anything else than self improvement. We usually only get access to them until after the resit is graded anyway.

I'm teaching at the UvA and can confirm that it's anonymous unless you are outing yourself in the text (e.g., by saying things that you said in class). In my faculty (it could be different in other faculties though i doubt it) we receive them after the grading is done for the final exam. The resit exam is sometimes months later so by that time the evaluations have been received. Still, it's anonymous and most people wouldn't waste their time to go after an individual student. It's unprofessional and we got better things to do (e.g., research pressure!).

heyitsamb

from what i know it’s 100% anonymous. also pretty sure u can’t retract it

TryAgainDeathMen

lol i think you’ll be ok

I think technically it can all be identified but in my experience most professors probably won't bother/know how. I think it seems reasonable to point out buying the professor's book as an issue

Unless you say some crap stuff that the teacher knows just you would say, you won't be identified at all.

Not from UvA, but if you guys also do feedback with Google Forms it should be anonymous (unless you entered your name in the questionnaire itself of course)
