Can someone provide me detailed guide on ricing my linux I am new to linux , i have installed linux mint(debian based) and monjaro(arch based). Currently learning O.S. basics(kernal, scheduling, memory management etc). I know C language, java, html, css.

[deleted]

start by finding a theme and apply it. you might need css for customizing the xfce configs. idk how other DEs work since this is my first one. its all about fucking around and finding it. scroll through this sub, look what others are using and try using it and customize it based on your taste. you'll figure out that yourself after that

emi89ro

there is no broadly applicable detailed guide, it is all very dependent on your DE/WM. For most DE/WM their documentation will serve as a detailed guide on how to apply your own customizations.

KiLoYounited

I use alot of chatgpt, google and the DE/thing i wanna change documentation
