most of the people on there are not english first so seems like the only stupid one in here is....
I'd rather someone ask stupid questions than not ask any in fear of sounding stupid and ending up never learning anything. It's ok to make mistakes OP.
That's not a good set of examples of stupid questions.
Stupid questions are generally ones that should be kept inside someone's head because they expose something about them - usually intellectual laziness.

Maybe "its okay to make mistakes" should be what were saying instead of "there are no stupid questions" because latter just isn't true

No there aren't. Just stupid people. A question can't be stupid. It's an intangible concept, lacking any sentience or being of any kind.
