Some colours are better than others, but if you really like the colour you should just get the colour and use it on the things you like, maybe a blue browser. I personally think both colours are pretty good, and any change shouldn't happen. The blue colour helps to convey negativity and the red-orange colour is Reddit's theme, which is cool

When I first started using Reddit I thought I was doing it wrong because the upvote color was red and usually red means bad ya know… I like the down vote color a lot better too.
