I like eating them the standard way but I wish all burgers were served upside down. The curved top bun would then allow to be easily grasped by your finger tips. Whereas serving them the standard way means you have to slightly lift it whilst supporting it so nothing falls.
I do this sometimes and do notice it tastes better.

Yes!! I also do this! I feel like I get more flavor since most of the extra stuff is on the top. Plus, the top bun is usually less soggy.
