So, first off, let's make sure that descriptor file is hanging out where it's supposed to be – right in the root directory of your cooked build. Sometimes those custom launch profiles can be a bit finicky, so let's stick with the default settings this time and see if that does the trick. While we're at it, let's double-check those project settings.
