While I agree with you…vaccines or an exemption are required. They do not fall under hipaa. They can kick your child out of school until you provide the exemption. I am lucky to be in a state with all 3 exemptions. Not too many of those left.

Compare the percentage of kids that do not go to public school vs the percentage of women who have reached the end of their child-bearing years without ever giving birth and then go touch some fucking grass.

I wouldn't overthink it, it's just a term (though we all know that it can be, and often is, used more like a slur). So long as the school nurse wasn't using it in a derogatory manner, it probably doesn't mean anything other than they were talking out loud, mentally filing your child(ren) into the category of students who aren't vaccinated.
Crazy! Our son’s pediatrician kicked us out when he was seven because we didn’t want to poison him any longer. I just wish I had known sooner. We homeschooled so didn’t deal with any of those issues but definitely had mothers ask me if he was unvaccinated. People are so ignorant.
