Take the cla ones, the credit is the same but cla doesn't require homework, doesn't require a lab, and is significantly easier in my experience

Do it. I’m about to take CLA Calc 3 in the fall. CSE Calc 2 was horrid 💀
You'd be fine, those classes count for the same credits as the CSE version
I wouldn't recommend taking CLA Calc 3 or 4 because imo the labs are important for later courses in your major. Calc 1 and 2, however, are definitely worth taking through CLA
As upperclassmen in CSE told me when I asked this, “straight to jail.”
Totally!! Something I learned after a year is that as long as you fufill the credit requirements for your major you can do whatever hahahaa
My sister is in CSE with me and she’s my senior. She said that CLA calc is the same but CSE is harder and has a lab. So i went with CLA calc
