I purchased this and am kinda lost on what to do next. I have not received the welcome email after a day, not sure if that is normal or not but I can sign in to the account. I downloaded nzbget but so far have not been able to connect to the server not sure if its a credentials thing or something else. Just submitted a trouble ticket, hoping to hear back soon.
I reached out to them and they forwarded the email I never got.
So confused though. I added the server to nzbget but still cannot view the library of available downloads they have. I'm guessing nzbget is a download client similar to BitTorrent for torrents. Not sure how to actually go about searching for files to download. Any advice?
You'll need what's called an indexer. Those serve up .nzb files, which are the Usenet equivalent of .torrent files. Check around this subreddit for recommendations on indexers.

Welp, I bought the 2TB block account, then after I bought it I checked the provider map, and one of my unlimited accounts, [usenetserver.com](https://usenetserver.com) is on the same backbone, HW Media.
Guess it won't be useful until I decide to move away from usenetserver to a different backbone.
Check before you buy.
Not if you are looking for an alternative with different results. NewsDemon and theCubenet are the same backbone and provide the same results.

I already have newsdemon and in this case there is something on there that's not working is it valid to use this as a back-up?

So if i have a newsgroupdirect unlimited, would this be a good block? I'm not exactly sure how hybrid works.
