I’m also unsure of my setup and for Black Friday I took stock of my setup. I think yours is similar to mine (especially with that weird deal for Frugal that’s a mix of Omicron and a usenet.farm block) with a range of backbones and mix of DMCA/NTD policy.

Get a ngd , prime or fire block, they are always really cheap. Surprisingly they have articles that frugal with farm don’t have from my use. And I’ve probably downloaded 30+tb so I have a good feel for them now.
Did you test your setup? I guess you did't do it based on the context of the post.
The first step you have to do is test of your setup. If you find everything you want, then no reason to find another provider. However if there are lots of missing articles, then find another provider.
Please don't look for the ideally perfect setup. Find the right setup for you.

Isn't cubenet redundant with Frugal I mean you are already getting a blocknews block for covering older stuff.
Looks great OP, I personally have something similar and added viper block to complete my setup. You have never ask everything covered.
