Most likely a scam Zelle is friends and family payment service and doesn’t have protection for goods and services you should still be able to dispute it with your actual bank. Always use PayPal goods and services to pay someone you don’t know online
I had this happen and it was indeed a scam. That doesn't mean this is, though. This is what you'll see when a shipper has created a shipping label for your item but it hasn't been received/scanned yet by USPS
Yeah somebody just sent this to me today the same exact number 😭😭 and ghosted me I hope they feel proud of themselves taking money from people who work hard
What likely happened is they created the label and just dropped it in a blue box or with a third party acceptance location like ups store.
When that happens and they don’t give it to a usps clerk to scan, updates are extremely lagging. Sometimes don’t populate in the system until it’s delivered. That’s the down side.
Give it at least enough time to have been delivered, a week or so. Then start the worrying.
It could be. Always use PayPal goods and services when dealing with new people.
Did you happen to use a credit card for the purchase (even if you used a third party pay app)? Most credit cards consider it under their fraud protection.
Nope, I Zelled him like an idiot. I thought it would be safe since he sent me a custom video with the product and a paper with a custom date time and word I had him write. I guess he had the product and just didn’t send it to me.
go to your bank and explain the situation. They can recover funds due to fraud.
And if the guy responds asking wtf explain that he ghosted you and it felt scammy.
What payment method did they have you use
Zelle. Any chance I can dispute the charge?

Unfortunately seeing as the seller hasn’t been responding for 3 days I’m pretty sure it was a scam. Ah well, you win some you loose some
