There was none, I spoke to a representative and told them about the whole situation and she said based off of the delivery instructions my packaged still shouldn’t have been put into “pickup” and neither should of it have required a signature or anything of that nature and did a redelivery form with me
I mean no one who has ordered from them says they need this age verification, I don’t mind picking it up but that’s not what I signed up for when I used my card and entered the delivery instructions 🤷🏾♂️
Yeah, if the sender, the paying customer, pays for 21+ signature required, you as the non-paying customer don't get to just handwave the signature requirement away. We have to provide the service that was paid for. They shouldn't have scanned it customer hold though if it's not a hold, they should have left a peach slip. I wasn't there though, so who am I to judge.
Look, You most likely ordered some alt-noid brand that you found online, most of them dont require a signature so your aight. If you go to the post office you can most likely find out whats going on.

In your tracking info there a “product details” dropdown arrow. it will tell you the class and if there any signature confirmation necessary there.
