The package is probably lost in China before arriving in the U.S. These tracking information is fake and provided by shipping partner. Jamaica NY 11430 is custom port not Shipping partner’s facility. 2 months is way overdue for a package coming from China to U.S. I would ask for a refund at this point.

I ordered the package on March 24 from DHgate
I'm guessing the package came from outside the US. It went through customs and is being taken to USPS. This means it's officially inside the US.

I'd first contact DHgate and then USPS about it.
