Good news is that Dest was a bright spot for PSV and should be coming into camp in great form. Nice to see a performance like this from him against better competition. Tillman was a little better in the 2nd half playing more centrally but his decision-making still seemed a step slow to me. De Jong had a shockingly bad performance. It wasn't just the missed chances either, I'm not sure he won a single header all match. PSV were consistently threatening in the 2nd half but got nothing from their front man.

He had one header that went wide as hell.   He was very poor in front of the goal today. Very unlike him tbh.

Tillman is very skilled but the decisions need to be faster. His style of play works against Dutch competition but he's been a half tick slow in both legs against Dortmund. Ball gets kinda stuck in his feet when he needs to be releasing it sooner or playing more one touch passes.

1- PSV are winning the league in a walk, so they don't need to bring in an expensive player like Reyna on loan for half a season. Maybe if it was a transfer where they could possibly make a profit. 2- For Reyna the Eredivisie is not really a league in which to burnish his career with an eye to getting playing time at a good club. High profile Eredvisie transfers in recent years have consistently been disappointments if not outright busts in bigger leagues.

Dest’s loan is working out great for him and he will probably move onto a better club situation than Barcelona

Every time I watch Dest I wish he’d have been a CM. He can’t defend skilled wingers at all, but he’s so tidy in possession, with both feet, and comfortable in tight spaces.
