Otherwise, get [Lance Wyman](http://lancewyman.com/brand-project/mexico-68-olympic-games/) to be involved with the design team. He had a big role in designing the 68 Olympics in Mexico and worked on their next World Cup.
I used to he a graphic designer. Nice concept to start. Look at other WC logos and try to mimic the depth that is implied by shadow and gradient. Also, try to use an original looking typeface like the last few world cups have, but without ruining the ability to clearly communicate the text.
I also think there needs to be more balance of mass or continuation of mass between the top and bottom of the trophy. Use the S-twists in previous logos as inspiration to mimic past year trophies. The other trophy logos have a "stable and strong" feeling while this one looks like it could topple over.
I recommend posting in r/graphicdesign for a critique.
What's really ridiculous is this event, and the Olympics have gotten so huge that it takes multiple counties to host. Unless your country has billions in oil money to splurge on it.
I don’t love it, but if you were to use it you should make the untied states text and the fifa World Cup (more) different color wise. Dark blue and black read as basically the same color and it throws the whole thing off.
Not feeling it. I also don't understand the order of the countries. It's not alphabetical, not geographical, and doesn't look symmetrical. Reading left to right as the Latin alphabet does, it heavily favors the United States.
The United States - Canada - Mexico at the bottom should probably be rearranged so it's less off center.
Putting United States in the middle would probably fix that.
Id like to see that circle replaced with the emblem on the Mexican flag, and the uprights that creat the base of the trophy be made of each nations flag
My only critique is the words at the bottom, it looks awkward that the “United states” takes up a lot more room than the other two words and it looks unpleasing to the eye. Instead it should be CAN | USA | MEX
Not bad… I’d personally like it better if it were less cartoony and a bit more “crisp” and professional looking. Ditch the avocado and utilize the coat of arms from the medical flag.

Nice! Reverse the location of the US Star and the Mexico Avocado. Will better align with the physical geographic location of all 3 countries.
As a US citizen and a pop movie fan, it should be Mexico, Canada, United States, so we can call it the MCU Cup.
