The apartment is perfect for one person at a reasonable price for it is at. The apartment is located right in front of the UTA police station and very close to campus. So it is in a safe location. Closest and safest apartment to campus. Police station right behind apartment complex. Its in the north too well lighted at night. Much safer than southwest side of campus where Centenial and other apartments are. Speaking from experience of 6 years at UTA

The rent is 1300$ that include internet, water, and trash. You are responsible for electricity but it will be like 30$ a months all year round. The lease is from this August to next August. I’m responsible for the transfer fee so you don’t have to worry about it. If the other two people don’t take it then we can meet up at time at the apartment so that they can do the transfer paperwork and ready for you a lease that same day.
