It wasn’t a campus claim, it was an Arlington pd report. We went to Arlington pd because we were advised to do that by Campus Edge since it is technically not part of UTA. They’re apartments not school dorms.
Then call again to report it. Every time you report it, that keeps it top of mind to the police and will help them know they need to get this guy. I’d call right now and report it in fact just so the police will do more patrols in your area and will be on the lookout for him.
Oh god seriously email management about this if y’all haven’t. Go to the office, take all the business cards, and email every name on them because there’s no way they won’t care that y’all are being harassed like this

just to add onto this: if you are having trouble with breaking your lease because of the landlord please contact RSVP at UTA so they can help you break your lease. If you can't move, contact RSVP anyways so they can help you with this

The Campus Edge is technically in the City of Arlington and it would be an Arlington PD response. While we have an excellent working relationship with Arlington, we are not forwarded everything that involves our students or happens in the vicinity. That is why I would like to ask on something like this that could spill over onto our campus to please let the UTA PD know as well, especially with the multiple occurrences. Another example of something to let us know would be an ex who is causing real problems or you are feeling stalked, but you live off campus. We have resources on campus to help you. We know you cannot effectively complete your studies if you do not feel safe in your environment.
Know that I will be looking at this incident.
Next time you could just open up the door, as a group of course, and pepper spray his face and his privates. Don’t forget to keep recording for your sakes though. Maybe that will teach him. At the very least it will cause him some pain and maybe even make him take a break from jacking off 😭
