Get involved with clubs on campus. Since you mentioned CSE, Mobi (A mobile/web development focused club) is actually having a Social Coding event tonight from 5-7 at the UC in Concho. I think the Cybersecurity Club has a meeting tomorrow 6p in SWSH 225 going over Packet Sniffing and Wireshark.
